One of our experienced Gas Safe registered repair engineers will come to your home and complete a 1 hour inspection and diagnosis of your boiler, so you’ll know exactly what’s wrong.
If your boiler can then be fixed without additional parts within the 1-hour inspection, we’ll complete the fix for you – all within the £89 fee. We have found that around 70% of repairs can be fixed within the hour, meaning you’ll only pay £89 if you fall into this category.
If we can’t complete the fix within the hour, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price quote to complete the work based on the type of repair we need to complete. You can see these prices on our repair webpage.

The price you see is the price you’ll pay. We don’t charge extra or have any hidden fees to fix the issue that has been diagnosed.
If your boiler has another fault (outside of what we have repaired), or develops another fault, we will issue you with another quote for that work. We’ll also help you decide when is the best time to replace your boiler if it has recurring issues.

On top of this, we’ll refund you the £89 inspection fee if you decide to replace your boiler with BOXT.
We never want to charge you unnecessarily. If we find that your issue is covered by your warranty before we come round to complete the inspection, we won’t charge you anything.
If through the inspection and diagnosis process we find that the issue is covered by your warranty, you will only be charged the initial £89 inspection fee.
